What is an alpha male? It means a dominant male to whom other people submit and defer with. Note that there is no mention about looks, which means that you need not be devastatingly handsome to be an alpha male. It’s more about power than physical attraction, since attraction for women works very different compared to men. For the fairer sex, attraction is more of a mental and “inner” thing and this is a great thing for some of us who may not be that handsome.

To be an alpha male, you will need to possess inner qualities that most of the other males do not have. One of them that come immediately to mind is confidence. A person with a strong aura of confidence will have better luck with ladies compared to one who do not. Show that you are not only confident but also true to yourself, which means that you do not try to fake it and be someone else. Too many insecure men do that, simply because they do not have enough confidence themselves. Don’t follow them!

Another thing that you need is a good personality. Be friendly and smile when you meet up with women. Don’t stand one corner and act cool. Create jokes and make the environment fun! Laughter closes up gaps between people and everyone wants to be with someone who is funny! Getting her to relax herself towards you is very important so practice your jokes! Also, you must show care about your body language. For example, do not make the mistake of staring at her chest or other body parts when talking to her. This is a major turnoff and the moment you do that, in her mind you will be thrown to the “Jerk” category. I know sometimes it may be a bit difficult to resist staring but once you can control this, you stand a much greater chance of seducing her! Let your alpha-ness explode!

Watch Brad Pitt, George Clooney or any other guy with high status and you will find that they simply move differently from the rest of us. They seem to have some sort of aura around them that made women swoon to them.

Have you ever notice how your body look when you are depress or feel like crap? You will look down on the ground and fold your arms and other non-alpha male behaviors start to show. But when you have girls all over you, do you notice you have a different kind of body language?

1) Relax - For you to be in the alpha male state, relax is the most important mental state. 

• Don’t let yourself feel worried. Let all your worries go since you can’t solve them by worrying. 
•  Breathe through your abdomen rather than your chest. (When you breathe, imagine that you’re bringing air down to your stomach. Feel your belly rise and fall as you breathe.)
• Avoid non-verbal behavior that shows you are worried. For example, raising your shoulder, fidgeting etc. 
• Relax all your muscles and slow down your movement by a notch. Except on rare occassions where there is a pressing emergency, you will see that alpha males move unhurriedly, as if there is nothing bothering them and they are in control of the time. 
• Relax your eyes and eyelids. Beta males lift their eye lids open because they are nevous, their eyes will dart the surrounding. Instead of doing that, alpha male should look straight ahead. Only give your attention to things that interest you. While you are out and about, use affirmations such as “I am sexual, I am relax and I am in control”. 
• If someone try to get your attention, move your head slowly. 

2) Feel masculine and powerful - . Start visualizing you are a masculine man. Start doing things in your life that makes you feel masculine. Like lifting weights, working out with a punching bag. 

3) Realize that you are a man of high value - Start focusing on your qualities instead of your deficiencies. You can be as arrogant as you want if that means you can develop massive self-confidence. Start holding thoughts like “I am the greatest, and people count themselve lucky to have me around them”. Treat people as if they are in awe of you rben before they met you. 

4) Feel comfortable about yourself - An alpha male is happy with or without any particular woman, since he views women as sources of fun in his life—no more and no less. Take the mindset that of course women want you, but it’s no big deal either way.

5) Spread out your body - Start taking up space with your arms, legs and chest. Look proud and keep your head up. 

By becoming an alpha male, you will increase your chance of attracting women and your change of a successful date.
